Privacy policy
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your account identifier, email, display name and profile image. We keep orders, payment references and a credit ledger to provide the service and resolve support requests. Payment providers process payment details; we do not store full card details.
Your photos and videos
Photos selected before upload stay in your browser. A local draft may be kept for up to 24 hours; use “Clear local photos” to remove it sooner. When generation opens and you submit, photos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and sent through Kie to the Kling model to create your requested video. We do not publish a public gallery.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded photos are kept for 7 days. Finished videos are kept for 30 days after they become available. You can delete completed or failed work earlier from My videos. Expired files cannot be recovered through the website. Signed media links last up to 15 minutes. Third-party providers apply their own retention policies; deleting website copies does not promise immediate deletion of provider backups. Financial records may be retained where necessary for accounting and disputes.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow optional analytics. Events describe page use, steps, package choices and confirmed outcomes. We do not send your email, photos, media addresses or prompts to analytics. Change your choice with Analytics preferences. Refusing analytics does not block use of the service.
Service providers and transfers
The website uses Vercel, Supabase PostgreSQL, Google sign-in, Cloudflare R2, Kie/Kling and, when enabled, Waffo or PayPal. These services may process data in other countries. We use server-side permissions and limited-duration media links, but no online system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and contact
Use your account to delete available media, change analytics preferences or contact us to request account-data access or deletion. We may verify the request and retain records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. This service is for adults only.
