Terms of service
The service
Zombie Couple Video Generator creates a fixed fictional reunion story from two adult portraits. The target specification is 15 seconds, 720p and sound, in portrait or landscape. AI appearance, movement, narrative details, timing and results vary. A supplied demo is a story reference and is not a guarantee of a matching result. During prelaunch, generation and purchases remain closed.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and have permission from both depicted adults and the rights to upload and transform the photos. Do not upload minors, nonconsensual intimate content, illegal material or images used to deceive, harass or impersonate someone. Do not use the service for fraud or claim fictional scenes are real events.
Credits and payments
Packages are one-time purchases in USD: Single $6.90 for 40 credits, Triple $15.90 for 120, and Five Pack $25.90 for 200. A standard generation costs 40 credits. Purchased credits do not expire. No subscription or free generation is included. Applicable tax is shown before checkout. Credits are service units and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Generation and failures
A task starts only after you submit it. A confirmed failure returns that task’s credits once. Unknown submission status is investigated before any resubmission. Once a video is successfully delivered, another generation is a new paid task. Credits returned after a failure are separate from a payment refund.
Files and availability
Upload photos are retained for 7 days and completed videos for 30 days after delivery. Download within that period. You may delete earlier. In-progress tasks cannot be canceled through the website. Access may be limited for maintenance, provider availability, security or misuse.
Rights and responsibility
You retain your rights to your input. You give us permission to process it and share it with the providers needed to fulfill your request. Generated output may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use is appropriate and permitted. We do not promise exclusivity, commercial rights beyond those available, or a particular likeness.
Support and changes
For support or payment disputes, contact support@zombiecouplevideogen.com with your order or task reference. Do not email payment credentials. These terms may be updated with a new effective date; existing consumer rights remain applicable.
